Katrina oblivious of `Dabangg` winning National Award!

Mumbai: She still holds that she is Salman Khan’s closest friend, but ironically, Katrina Kaif acted ignorant about ‘Dabangg’ winning the National Award for wholesome entertainment. Reportedly, the hottie pretended as if she was unaware of her mentor’s 2010 blockbuster winning the coveted award while interacting with a press gathering. "Oh is it? I didn`t know!" is how Kat reacted on being quizzed about her take on the film’s victory at the National Awards event. However, the lady realised it wasn’t a good idea to rub Sallu the wrong way so she immediately congratulated the team of ‘Dabangg’. But she felt that her film ‘Rajneeti’ too deserved an award. And she also had a suggestion to put forward. She wants the National Awards committee to introduce a new category for item songs, for she knows it will be a cake walk for her to grab the honour.
