After a while, once thick friends turned into foes, when Farah signed Akshay for ‘Tees Maar Khan’ instead of her favourite SRK. News has it that in order to bring SRK and Farah together, Karan Johar is making a desperate attempt to iron out differences between the two. Recently, Karan asked ‘It’s a Wonderful Afterlife’ director Gurinder Chadha to invite both SRK and Farah to a special preview of her latest release in Mumbai. Buzz has it that Karan promised the presence of SRK, his wife Gauri along with Farah and her husband Shirish at the special screening. Talking to a news daily, Gurinder Chadha confirmed the news and said, “I am planning a screening in Mumbai and have invited everyone I know in the industry. It was Karan’s wish that I invite his close friends at the event and I am doing just that.” “It seems Farah has said she will attend the event with Shirish. Apparently, even Gauri is keen to attend. But Shah Rukh hasn’t responded yet,” added a close source.
