Manisha Koirala to play Meena Kumari?
Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, who was last seen in 2002 film `Bhoot Returns` is back in news. It has been reported that the actress will now be seen playing yesteryears superstar Meena Kumari in an upcoming film based on her life.

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, who was last seen in 2002 film `Bhoot Returns` is back in news. It has been reported that the actress will now be seen playing yesteryears superstar Meena Kumari in an upcoming film based on her life.According to reports, the biopic will be produced by the veteran actress` step son Tajdar Amrohi. `Ek Chhoti Si Love Story` fame director Shashilal Nair has reportedly been approached by the producer to direct the film. However we wonder if Manisha would work with Shashilal Nair yet again knowing that they do not share a pleasant rapport.
The director and the actress, who were initially very good friends has a massive fall-out over the content of their 2002 film `Ek Chhoti Si Love Story`.
Manisha took a break from acting as she was undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer. She is currently busy shooting for a Malayalam film titled `Edavapathi - No Man`s Land`.
