Mumbai: Actor Nikhil Dwivedi, who is starring opposite Paoli Dam in errotic thriller `Hate Story`, says he has no problem with the debutant actress getting all the attention in the film.
The movie has generated a lot of buzz online thanks to Dam`s dare bare scenes but Dwivedi says he never had any apprehension of being over-shadowed.
"I did three films so far and I have shared screen space with actors like Mithun Chakraborty, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in them . I never felt I was getting overshadowed.
"Similarly, I don`t have any such fear in this film. I was honest and gave my hundred per cent to the character. I am a hard-worker. I am satisfied with the way my character has shaped up in the film," Dwivedi told PTI.
"Hate Story", which will hits screens on April 20, is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Vikram Bhatt. The film is about a reporter who plots revenge against the man who ruined her life.
Dwivedi, 34, is the only white character in the revenge drama and the actor says he agreed to be a part of the film only after he was assured that he will not feature in the racier sequences of the movie.
"In this film, every character has got grey shades except mine.
I am playing a white character. I signed the film on a contract that I won`t be able to be the part of any sexual content in the film," he said.
