No release for ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ in Pakistan

New Delhi: After a lot of dilly-dallying, finally, it has emerged from India’s one of leading trade analyst that Salman Khan’s roaring blockbuster ‘Ek The Tiger’ will not hit the theatres in Pakistan.

Trade expert Taran Adarsh tweeted, “Breaking News: No release for #EkThaTiger in Pakistan.”

Earlier there were reports of the film being banned in Pakistan on the grounds of its theme being anti-Pakistan, but recently an NOC was granted for ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ to be screened for the censor board members there. Unfortunately, it appears that ETT failed to convince Pakistani board members of the benevolent treatment of their country in the film.

Salman Khan and the whole team of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ must be thoroughly disappointed by the new development which sure would put a huge dent to the gross collection of the film considering the film’s release in the holiday weekend.
