Mumbai: The ruling Khan of Bollywood aka Salman Khan may have risen by leaps and bounds but the actor continuously serves to be a true friend to those he stands by.
Filmmaker Subhash Ghai, who has delivered many Bollywood super hit films in the past such as ‘Karz’, ‘Ram Lakhan’, ‘Taal’, ‘Khalnaayak’ and ‘Vidhaata’, has not had a favorable luck in the recent times.
His last two ventures ‘Kisna’ and ‘Yuvraaj’ were Box Office blunders. In difficult times like these, all he could ask was for a friend like Sallu to come along and back him up.
If the buzz is to be believed, the ‘Bodygurad’ hitmaker has signed to do a film with Ghai that has been slotted to go on the floors October next year.
Ghai confirmed media, “Salman has given me a commitment. The film will go on floors on October 24 next year.”
The buzz also has it that legendary music composer AR Rahman will score the music for the film. He has rendered music to some of Ghai’s most successful projects and under all likelihood, their team will come together for this project once again.
It is commendable to see that Salman cares for his friends and can go out of the way to do things for them.
As reported by a daily, Ghai said, “Salman is a man of heart. He had assured me that whenever I have a script he likes, he will be there for me. I have got the basic idea of my next film past him. He is a braveheart, and I think the film we do together will be very successful. Salman is my pillar of strength and support.”
