Mumbai: Actor Shekhar Suman is keen on having Indo-Canadian adult film star Sunny Leone opposite his son Adhyayan in his debut directorial film.
Shekhar will be wearing director`s hat with `Heartless` that will feature his son Adhyayan in the lead. And the actor-turned-director hopes to have Sunny in the film.
"I think direction is very exciting thing. Like from choosing the script to casting to music to marketing. The film that I am directing is a medical thriller, called `Heartless`. I am doing this film with Adhyayan and hopefully it will have Sunny Leone. I will be meeting her soon. I hope she becomes part of the film," Shekhar said.
"The role demanded her hence I want to cast her. The role that I have envisaged requires a girl like her. She is a very pretty looking girl," he said.
Earlier, there was a buzz that Giselle Monteiro of `Love Aaj Kal` fame was to do the film.
Sunny, who shot to limelight after being part of reality show, `Bigg Boss`, will be seen in Mahesh Bhatt`s `Jism 2` and Ekta Kapoor`s `Ragini MMS`.
Ask him if he is looking to explore the oomph factor of Sunny, Shekhar says, "I am not going towards oomph factor. I like her because she is pretty and exotic looking. Oomph factor will be there but it is not like I have to expose her."
Reportedly, `Heartless` is a remake of 2007 Hollywood hit `Awake` and Adhyayan isslated to play Hayden Christensen`s part in the adaptation.
"The direction plan will hopefully happen this year. I want to start it this year. My script is complete and my casting is in process. I can`t reveal the story," Shekhar said.
