`Sholay 3D`: Its a cult film, experience it, says Salman Khan

Salman Khan recently supported his dad - Salim Khan, by urging his fans to watch the 3D version of the 38-year-old classic movie - `Sholay`. The movie has already received thumps up for it`s 3D version. The `Dabangg` star has also joined the league of the movie buffs, celebs and the film critics, who are singing praises of this 1975 classic cult.

New Delhi: Salman Khan recently supported his dad - Salim Khan, by urging his fans to watch the 3D version of the 38-year-old classic movie - `Sholay`. The movie has already received thumps up for it`s 3D version. The `Dabangg` star has also joined the league of the movie buffs, celebs and the film critics, who are singing praises of this 1975 classic cult. The 48-year-old actor, whose father is the co-writer of `Sholay`, recently took to Twitter to praise the production, writing, direction and editing of the movie. Khan even encouraged his fans to experience the movie in 3D. He said that all the characters have done a great job and that this is the "dada of all movies". `Sholay 3D`, which had released on the silver screens on January 3, 2014, was promoted by its writers Javed Akhtar and Salim Khan. However the director of the movie Ramesh Sippy resented the release of its 3D version.
