New Delhi: Leaving behind the luxuries of a hotel room, actor Tusshar Kapoor chose to get under the skin of his character for ‘Bajatey Raho’ and opted to stay in a leased apartment located in the bylanes of Delhi’s Chandni Chowk. For playing a typical Punjabi boy from the capital city, Tusshar insisted on staying at the same house the film was to be shot in, to study the locals and gauge the finer nuances of his character. Says Tusshar Kapoor, “I’ve put a lot of effort into the film right from living in Chandni Chowk in a rented apartment to studying the local people and their mannerisms and language ….I hope the effort comes through in my performance”.
