Watch out for Katrina Kaif’s slimming diet for ‘Dhoom 3’!
New Delhi: Yash Raj heroines are famed for their sexy frames that could give a tough competition to any hot babe in Hollywood. And when it comes to YRF’s ‘Dhoom’ franchise, it is a rule of thumb for any actress to lose every extra inch from their body in order to fit into those teeny-weeny designer clothes and perform those deadly stunts.
According to reports, Katrina Kaif, who is playing a key role in ‘Dhoom 3’, is working hard to acquire a sleek and super fit body for her character.
Here’s Kat’s diet chart that she is following to the ‘T’ without any excuse.
For Breakfast: Brown bread with peanut butter, one glass low fat milk, two boiled eggs (white portion only) and pancakes while travelling
Lunch: Low oil with very less fat. Green salad and brown rice grilled fish.
Snacks: Fruits and digestive biscuits
Dinner: No set menu, but Katrina avoids overeating and avoids starchy food.
Also, Katrina is trying hard to beat Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Dhoom 2’ slim and hot look. Well, going by the power-packed action scenes she did in her last release ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, we don’t think that ‘Dhoom 3’ would be that challenging for her. But for that, we just have to wait and watch!
