Mumbai: Three years after the success of `Partner`, actor Salman Khan says is once again set to work with director David Dhawan for the second instalment of the comic caper.
"We are going to do `Partner 2` now. We have decided the script. We have decided everything about the film," Salman told reporters in an interview.
Before `Partner`, Salman-Dhawan gave hits like `Mujhse Shaadi Karogi` (2004) and `Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya` (2005.
Presently Salman is busy promoting his forthcoming action movie `Dabaangg`, which is his brother Arbaz Khan`s debut production venture and also introduces senior actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha`s daughter Sonakshi as the female lead.
Salman says he predicted about seven years ago that Sonakshi will be an actress.
"That time she was very plump. But from her expressions, we figured that she could emote very well (on screen). She could dance very well. We knew she has all the qualities. When she lost weight, she just fit into place," said Salman.
But Sonakshi was not so keen to join movies.
"She was not interested in movies. Even now she is not much interested. It took lot of convincing before she agreed to do the role. But they are part of my family, you know. I told her that there would be a lot of advantages because of her father whom we all respect and that she would be treated like a family member," said Salmann.
"Though there is not much dance in the film for her character, but she dances really, really well," he said.
