New York: Charlie Sheen`s antics have made him tabloid fodder but he has pop sensation Justin Beiber`s vote for the most influential person in the world.
When the 17-year-old was asked by Time magazine to chose his pick from names that included US President Barack Obama and `Wikileaks` founder Julian Assange, Bieber said, "It has got to be Charlie Sheen. He`s got a million followers in one day on Twitter. And I`ve never seen that happen before."
" Plus, he`s got tiger blood, and he`s always winning," added the `Baby` hitmaker.
Despite Bieber`s vote, Sheen didn`t make the final cut for Time`s list of the `100 Most Influential People in the World`.
This year`s honorees will be recognized at the Time 100 Gala on Tuesday, where Sting and Bruno Mars are slated to perform for guests including New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Mark Wahlberg and Amy Poehler.
