Washington: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone weren`t always as chummy as they are now, as they had huge rivalry in the 80`s, it has been revealed.
Stallone told People Magazine that they disliked each other intensely for 20 years.
The 67-year-old actor said that one starts to appreciate something only eventually, and insisted that their competitiveness made them what they are now.
Mikael Hafstrom , who is the director of their upcoming action film ` Escape Plan` said that now as Schwarzenegger and Stallone are a bit older, he thinks that they really can enjoy their mutual experiences and can have fun together.
