Mumbai: Deepika Padukone is on the seventh heaven these days, for the actress will be joined by her parents on the sets of her latest film ‘Break Ke Baad’, which is currently being shot in Mauritius.
The actress, who has been having a busy schedule of late, was terribly missing her family, and as a result, Deepika’s doting parents decided to visit their daughter.
Talking to a news daily, a source said, “Deepika’s diary is chock-a-block. Over the last six months she has been shooting for ‘Khelen Hum Jee Jaan Se’, ‘Lafange Parinde’ and now ‘Break Ke Baad’. In the midst of all this, she was also promoting her film ‘Housefull’ and other endorsements.”
“She has hardly spent time with her parents and has been missing them. She was missing them so much that they instantly decided they would go and visit her on the sets. Incidentally, they have never been on her sets before this. This will be the first time,” the source said.
When enquired, Deepika Padukone confirmed the news and said, “I have been working round the clock and I just thought that it would be nice if they can spend some time together with me after my shoot. They will be here for a week and once I am done with the shooting of ‘Break Ke Baad’, we all are planning a big family holiday. I will be in the middle of work but I would at least get to spend some time with them. They will come next week and be with me till the end of the schedule, which will be a week from the time they come.”
For now, Deepika is sharpening her skills on scuba diving and would love to play badminton with daddy.
