New Delhi: Generally `the perfectionist` Aamir Khan, stays away from Bollywood award shows. But this particular award must have been a real shocker to him. The actor has been bestowed the `The Baawra Ho Gaya Hai Ke` award for `Dhoom:3` in the Golden Kela Award Show.
The awards are given each year to the worst performances in Bollywood; some other awardees are Worst Actor to Ajay Devgn for `Himmatwala`, Worst Actress to Sonakshi Sinha for `R...Rajkumar`
and `Worst Director` to Sanjay Leela Bhansali for `Ram-Leela: Goliyon ki...`
"In Bollywood today, the box office figures have no correlation to the quality of the film. Our sincerest hope is that 10 years down the line, the figures will be forgotten, while the `Kelas` they got are remembered,” Anant Singh, creative head, Golden Kela Awards, said in a statement.
The Golden Kela Award show is Bollywood`s answer to the `Razzies` of Hollywood.
"Aamir Khan once said that he loves the Kela Awards, because all other awards are rigged. Wonder what he has to say about us now," quipped Singh.
`Dhoom:3` also shared the Ra.One Award for Worst Premise with `Krrish 3`.
Voters chose `Party all night` from `Boss` as the most irritating song.
Anti-Kela awards were given to Bollywood`s good efforts too. They were given to four outstanding films - `Saheb Biwi aur Gangster Returns`, `Go Goa Gone`, `The Lunchbox` and `Shahid`.
