Adele offered £1m to be face of dating website for larger women
London: Adele could net 1 million pounds if she accepts an offer by a US dating website to front their ad campaigns.
Bosses at ‘bigandthebeautiful.com’ have been won over by the 23-year-old singer’s curvy figure and her romantic song writing.
Their site is dedicated to plus size models and claims to be the place where “women with curves and men who love them” meet.
“Adele is a ridiculously talented bombshell,” the Daily Star quoted founder Whitney Thompson, 24, winner of America’s Next Top Model, as saying.
“I would be proud to work alongside her to continue to show the world what curvy girls are made of,” she said.
“So what if you have a big butt? Men love extra padding! Whether you’re voluptuous, curvy, athletic, or tall, embrace your shape,” Thompson wrote on the website
“The men on this site are just waiting to meet you,” she said.
A spokesman for the website said that they had approached Adele’s agent even though she is dating charity boss Simon Konecki.
This is not the first time Adele has been linked with a dating site.
The Brit singer had admitted last year that she had turned to eHarmony in a bid to find a man.
But she revealed that she could not post her photo in case she gets unwanted attention.
“I just signed up for eHarmony. I can’t put a photo of myself, so I don’t get any emails!” she said at the time.
