Washington: Alec Baldwin got into another altercation with a photographer, making it the second incident in two weeks.
The ‘30 Rock’ star was involved in a scuffle in New York City where he squeezed a paparazzo’s arm and verbally blasted him.
According to TMZ.com, the incident took place in the middle of the street outside the actor’s apartment building where he was seen shouting profanities while holding a pink stuffed animal toy.
After the photographer allegedly told a local resident to “f**k off” when he was asked to leave the area, Baldwin waded in, Contactmusic reported.
“I want you to shut the f**k up ... leave my neighbour alone ... get outta here,” he said.
In a video obtained by the website, Baldwin later adds insult to the man, saying: “You little girl.”
The New York Police Department is still investigating the actor for an assault outside a court incident.
Alec could be facing charges after he allegedly ````pushed and shoved```` a photographer last Tuesday, June 19.
According to a report by TODAY’s Craig Melvin, investigators and prosecutors are considering criminal charges against the actor after he was purportedly involved in an altercation with paparazzo Marcus Santos when he was leaving the New York City Marriage License Bureau with fiancee Hilaria Thomas.
The Daily News reporter has filed an assault complaint with police, and according to a twitter post from Baldwin, Santos went to hospital following the incident.
