Washington: Actor Alec Baldwin has fuelled retirement rumors by hinting that acting is coming in the way of his living a real life.
The ‘30 Rock’ star even said he`s finds it "weird" and "difficult" to spend most of his time pretending to be someone else.
In a series of tweets, he wrote, "Acting is a job, in the end, like any job. It`s an unusual one, but it`s a job. Sometimes, a bit of art may fly in the window,” reports Contactmusic.
"Movie making is weird. Weird to spend hours essentially living other people`s lives. ``Isn`t that called acting?`` How linear of you. Doesn`t make it any less unusual or difficult at times.
"Some in my business would rather live on screen than in real life. The older I get, I want the opposite. Playing some parts can get under your skin. I become more like (30 Rock character) Jack every week, oddly enough,” he added.
