All is ‘not’ well between Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan?

Mumbai: It may sound unbelievable but it’s true! Karan Johar chose to give Shah Rukh Khan’s New Year bash at his abode in Dubai a miss, even though he was in the city with designer Manish Malhotra. SRK and Karan Johar have been close friends for long and people would often swear by their friendship, for they stood by one another through thick and thin. But of late, things seem to have turned sour between the two. Talking to TOI, a source said, “Karan did receive an invite from SRK, and for the longest time he was actually in two minds whether he should miss it or be there. For years they have ushered in the New Year together in Dubai. You can say, the tradition was broken for the first time.” Karan Johar has been family to Shah Rukh Khan but his decision to not attend his friend’s bash does raise eyebrows! Recently reports suggested that KJo had strengthened his bond with SRK’s arch rival Salman Khan. So we wonder what made Karan skip SRK’s bash.
