Americans naming their kids after Simon Cowell

London: ‘X Factor’ judge Simon Cowell is so popular across the United States that Americans are now naming their babies after the music mogul.

Sources at the Social Security Agency in the states said that the biblical name, meaning ‘The Listener’ in Hebrew, has made rather a comeback since Cowell rose to fame, reports the Daily Star. “It’s looking likely Simon will break into the top 50, up from 263rd most popular in 2009.
