Amitabh Bachchan heads to Jodhpur for head injury event

New Delhi: Indian film industry's megastar Amitabh Bachchan has often been associated with social causes. The thespian is in Jodhpur for a fund-raising event, where he will be seen performing with the famous Shillong Chamber Choir and Vienna Chamber Orchestra.

Bachchan senior recently took to his Twitter handle and posted about the beauty of the city and how he recalled 'Deewar' in a series of tweets. He posted: “Jodhpur ! Umaid Bhavan ! wonder, grandeur, regality, vastness of space, but most importantly .. PEACE ! Here for Head Injury event”

Reports suggest that all the funds raised from this event will go the Head Injury Foundation, which will in turn use it for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injuries.
