Angelina Jolie discusses land mine crisis with Croatian Prez
Washington: Angelina Jolie has visited Croatian President Ivo Josipovic and discussed her concern about the land mine crisis remaining in the country.
The actress, who is currently in Europe, flew to Croatia as a guest of her friend and fellow actor Rade Serbedzija, reports Contactmusic.
But, the goodwill ambassador for the United Nations turned the trip into a charity mission when she met the President to discuss over the crisis.
Josipovic and Jolie are reported to have talked about the nation’s problem of land mines, which has been in existence since the country`s war of independence in the 1990s.
