New Delhi: Bollwood actor Salman Khan, who sought exemption from appearing in Jodhpur court today citing health reasons, has been ordered to record his statement on April 29, 2015 in relation to the Arms Act case.

Recent reports suggest that the actor, who is currently shooting for his next in the valley, has cited 'ear-ache' as the reason for not being able to record his statement in court. Reportedly, his lawyer cited 'ear-ache' as the reason for Salman not being able to travel to Jodhpur by air.

The Arms Act case is an offshoot of the 1998 black buck poaching case, where the actor has been accused of killing the endangered 'chinkaras' during the shooting of his film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.

A case was registered against the actor by the forest officials under Arms Act on October 15, 1998, as the licenses of his weapons were found to have been expired. On April 17, 2015 a sessions court in Jodhpur had sought to record the statement of the actor related to the Arms Act case today.
