Asin Thottumkal won’t take up assignments now – Read full statement here

Mumbai: Asin Thottumkal exchanged marital vows with Micromax India head honcho Rahul Sharma on January 19 in a twin wedding ceremony.  The Malayalam beauty who has starred opposite a number Bollywood heavyweights, doesn’t intend to work right now. And hence she has issued a statement to reiterate her career plans post marriage.

She had apparently made it very clear prior to her marriage itself that she would be wrapping up all her endorsement deals and wouldn’t be taking up any more assignments. But owing to speculations about her career plans, Asin issued a fresh statement on her Instagram page to put all rumours to rest.

For all my media friends who still have not got the message, I'm once again reiterating that I have stopped taking up any assignments and have wrapped all my commitments before my wedding itself including my brand endorsements. Request people to stop making assumptions about my assignments and work as I'm not doing that at this stage. Had made this announcement before the wedding itself.
