Mumbai: Ayushmann Khurrana seems to have found the ancestry behind the surname- Guptill! Interestingly, a “fake” post by a website too states that Martin Guptill’s real name is Maruti Gupta, “who was born in India, raised by a Hindu family”!
However, it is not quite clear as to who influenced whom in retracing the history behind the surname Guptill!
Take a look at Khurrana’s tweet:

Guptill made headlines after he smacked the West Indies bowling attack by scoring a double ton during the Quarter Final match in the ongoing World Cup tournament in Australia/New Zealand.
The New Zealand batsman went on to become the fifth cricketer to score a double century in One Day International matches. He joined the 200 club which features Rohit Sharma, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Chris Gayle.
Well, Gupta or Guptill, what’s really in the name as long as one can come dancing down the wicket to beat the pulp out of the bowlers.
