Los Angeles: Beyonce Knowles` 13-month-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter has started talking now and the singer describes it as the "beautiful time" in her life.
"She`s starting to talk. It is the best thing in the world... It is just such a beautiful time in my life to have a child and every day see something new and see her learn something new," aceshowbiz.com quoted Knowles, who is married to Jay-Z, as saying.
The 31-year-old, who had a miscarriage two years ago, gave birth to Blue Jan 7 last year.
She even praised her husband saying, "My husband is incredible and he is so supportive."
