Billy Bob Thornton wants to play a gay couple with Brad Pitt

It would be interesting to see Jolie’s ex-husbands play an onscreen couple.

Mumbai: Angelina Jolie's ex Billy Bob Thornton says he would love to work with her estranged husband Brad Pitt.

Thornton married Jolie in Las Vegas in May 2000 after meeting on the set of Pushing Tin, but the couple divorced just three years later, after announcing their separation in 2002, reported E! online.

"This might surprise people, but I'd love to do a movie with Brad Pitt. I think we'd be great together. We'd play a couple of Southern guys," the 61-year-old actor said.

The actor had recently said that he still considers the Jolie a friend.
