Mumbai: The international singer who’s got the most number of followers on Twitter, Lady Gaga is seriously looking at Bollywood post the release of her latest Bollywood inspired hit number ‘Born This Way’. After launching the country version of her latest party anthem ‘Born This Way’ last month, it seems that Lady Gaga is completely bowled over by Bollywood. Gaga reportedly has teamed up with famous Indian producers Salim and Sulaiman for a desi remix of ‘BTW’, which debuted earlier this week. Speaking to daily, Sulaiman said, “When we started working on the remix, we were very nervous, as it was the number one track in 23 countries. The sitar was ideal when it came to creating a melodic riff. Of course, there was the dhol and dholak to create the Indian and party feel, and what really rocked it all was Salim’s voice.” Gaga’s management company has sent out feelers to the Hindi film industry that she’s interested in nurturing her Bollywood connection. “We collaborated with Indian music producers from across the globe to show our respect and appreciation for our desi fans and music community. We’re looking forward to more desi collaborations in the near future,” says Troy Carter, the head of Atom Factory (the official representative of the singer) in a press statement. If sources are to be believed, the singer is planning a trip to India, which could possibly lead to a concert here.
