Bruce Willis’ lakeside Idaho lodge up for grabs for $15m

London: Bruce Willis is trying to sell one of his Idaho estates for 15 million dollars.

The 56-year-old actor, who will soon become a father for the fourth time with wife Emma Heming, bought the stunning lakeside lodge in Sun Valley in 2003.

According to the Idaho Mountain Express, he put the chic chalet on the market because he hasn’t been able to spend much time in the area.

The 8,403 square-foot ranch comes complete with a guest house, spa, gym and a pool with water slides.

The ‘Die Hard’ star has also made some massive renovations to the house, which rests on the edge of Flying Heart Lake.

Not only did he rebuild the main house by adding bedrooms and bathrooms (there are six of each), but he also created several man-made ponds and streams and two wells.

He has also added a tight security system and surrounded the property with a gated entry to keep intruders out.

Inside, the home is just as impressive as it has shining wooden floors, rock fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.

The kitchen is a foodie’s dream, as it features top-of-the-line Traulsen and Sub-Zero refrigerators, a Viking six-burner stove and two dishwashers, the Daily Mail reported.

The master bedroom is ideal for romantic moments with its jetted soaking tub, granite shower, dual sinks and custom-built closets.

It is minutes away from Sun Valley’s hip downtown scene of bars and live theatre venues, as well as local ski mountains and hiking trails.
