Charlie Sheen desperate to sell love nest

Los Angeles: Actor Charlie Sheen is reportedly so desperate to get rid of his house he once bought for ex-wife Brooke Mueller that he is ready to accept a lower price for the property.

A real estate firm has apparently shown interest in buying the pad Mueller currently lives in. The 48-year-old had put the property in the market a few months ago after informing Mueller in writing that he is keen to sell the house and she should find another place. Real estate firm Dginger Group has offered Sheen an amount of $2,599,000 for the house along with a guarantee to close the deal in less than seven days, reports tmz.com. According to sources, the actor is willing to finalise the deal. However, doing so would translate into a loss of almost $2.2 million because the purchase value of the house was $4.8 million. Sheen and Mueller got married in 2008 but ended it in 2011. They have four-year-old twin sons Bob and Max.
