London: A girl who recently grabbed Cheryl Cole asking for an autograph is “completely obsessed” by the singer, her pals reveal.
Danielle Beeres grabbed Cole’s wrist and did not let go after asking her to autograph a DVD cover outside Du Vin hotel in Birmingham.
Beeres, 21, an airhostess with BMI airline, constantly talks about the pop singer and tries to copy Cole’s signature, according to her friends.
It has also emerged that Beeres keeps a scrapbook full of Cole’s pictures and articles and “Cheryl Cole” is the only thing that appears on her interests list on her Facebook profile.
"Danielle is mad about Cheryl, so in a way I’m not surprised she’s done this. All she talks about is Cheryl. I’ve even heard her telling passengers how amazing she is," The Sun quoted one of Beeres’ former workmates, as saying.
The insider added: "We have to carry around cabin folders with our paperwork, and hers are full of pictures of Cheryl ripped from magazines and papers.
"It’s strange to see her sat there on a flight signing Cheryl’s name on bits of scrap paper. And weirder when she signs her own name ``Danielle Cole``. She``s certainly a little bit eccentric, to say the least."
However, Beeres’ mum Glenys Talbot says her daughter is "definitely not obsessed" with the artist.
