New Delhi: Farah Khan might be a happy woman after her Diwali release `Happy new Year` crossed the 100 crore mark in just 3 days, but she might be in trouble for upsetting veteran choreographer Saroj Khan.
Farah is well-known in the industry for poking fun at several film personalities in her films. While in `Om Shanti Om` it was Manoj Kumar who was aimed at, in `HNY` the joke was on Saroj Khan.
However, not just in the film, the ace choreographer was referred to in a funny manner even during the promotional event of `HNY` at Kapil Sharma's show. Kiku Sharda aka Palak in 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' mimicked Saroj Khan, and that cannot be possibly ignored. The spoof has apparently miffed the veteran choreographer and she is no mood to take it as a simple joke.
According to a DNA report, she was quoted as saying, `Farah Khan is so frustrated. I saw what they did on the TV show. Does this kind of behaviour suit her? I really feel sorry for these people. I don't know what they stand to gain from targeting me in this way."
Saroj Khan further added, “Ask Farah on my behalf: Kyun mere peeche pade huey ho? Shame on Farah and Kiku Sharda and Kapil Sharma (they first spoofed her on his show) for this kind of behaviour. What has Kapil got to do with me? Why is he part of this?”
This mimicking certainly hasn't gone down well with Saroj and she wants an apology from Farah, reports suggest.
