Court dismisses tanning-formula stealing lawsuit against LiLo

A Florida court has dismissed the lawsuit brought in by the White Wave International Labs that accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing a self-tanning formula in order to make her own product.

New York: A Florida court has dismissed the lawsuit brought in by the White Wave International Labs that accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing a self-tanning formula in order to make her own product.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, White Wave claimed in the suit that Lohan had stolen the fake bake concoction for her own Seven Nyne product, reports the New York Daily News. The company claims that Lohan and her business partner Lorit Simon got hold of a sample of their brand of self-tanner and used it to develop the “nearly identical” product. However, the court ruled out any violation of contracts on the part of the actress as she only has indirect ownership of the company that makes the bronzing formula. ANI
