Ekta Kapoor, Prachi Desai friends no more?

Mumbai: Prachi Desai’s growing distance from mentor and once best friend Ekta Kapoor has raised eyebrows in Tinsel Town. According to the grapevine, the duo that was often spotted together at parties, have had a fall out. Speaking to a daily, a source revealed, “ Ekta and Prachi have been friends for years , ever since they did the serial ‘Kasam Se’. But in recent times, Prachi hasn’t been spotted at Ekta’s parties.” When Ekta recently threw a bash to celebrate the success of her latest film, ‘Shor in the city’, Prachi was not part of the celebrations. Weather or not she was invited, no one knows. Prachi has apparently been miffed with Ekta for sometime as the producer has not included Prachi in any of her forthcoming projects. The duo had last worked together in ‘Once upon a time in Mumbai’. Friends close to the ladies have admitted that there has been a cold war between the two and they have been barely speaking to each other.
