Farhan Akhtar launches season two of 'Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon' in Mumbai

New Delhi: Bollywood star and the founder of MARD (Men against Rape and Discrimination) initiative, Farhan Akhtar has extended his support to the popular trans media serial, ' Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon' season 2.

Speaking on the occasion, Akhtar said, 'Maie Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hu' is an amazing show whose second season has started on Doordarshan from 4th. So, for MARD to be involved with this is great because, on the face of it looks as if, it's only dealing with female issues. But that's not true, because, it's also the masculine responsibility of all men to talk about these issues and find a solution. So, as the founder of all MARD , I am really proud to be associated with the show. And, I hope, I will be able to spread its message through my initiative."

The show which challenges deep-rooted social norms like child marriage, early pregnancy and gender based violence premiered on April 4, 2015 on Doordarshan and will run every Saturday and Sunday at 7.30 pm.
