Foxy Brown`s brother jailed

Los Angeles: Rapper Foxy Brown`s brother Gavin Marchand is reportedly heading to jail for up to five years after confessing to felony identity theft.

Marchand, 36, was arrested with three friends at designer store Hermes in New York a year ago after he used a forged American Express credit card to pay for almost USD 5,000-worth of goods, Daily Express reported. An undercover street crime unit cop was doing surveillance in the store at the time and chased Marchand and three of his buddies. Though he initially entered a not guilty plea, but later changed his mind and admitted the charge in court this week. Marchand, who remains free on bail, is set to be sentenced on September 28 and will face between two-and-a-half to five years behind bars. PTI
