Gary Coleman’s ex-wife banned from removing property
London: Late Gary Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price has been debarred from removing property from the house the two shared as a couple, following complaint from the executor of the actor`s estate.
The ‘Different Strokes’ star passed away on May 28 this year after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
And his will, which was filed at 4th District Court in Provo, Utah on June 08, named his former manager Dion Mial as the executor of his estate.
Mial also filed legal papers, which stated that Price, 24, who divorced Coleman in 2008, had been taking property from the home the former couple shared in Santaquin, Utah.
"(Price, 24) has been removing personal property from (Coleman`s) home shared in Santaquin, Utah, which has not been inventoried or accounted for," a news daily quoted the papers as saying.
Police reportedly intervened after Price`s father, William, was seen loading up a truck with possessions from the house and officers asked him to unload the truck.
Price`s spokeswoman, Sheilia Erickson, confirmed the incident to the Salt Lake Tribune, but insisted that her client had done nothing wrong.
