Washington: Halle Berry, who is fighting for full custody of her three-year-old child, Nahla, with ex-partner Gabriel Aubry, has accused him of putting their daughter at risk.

Berry, 44, first raised questions over Aubry’s parenting in January, and subsequently launched a bid for full custody of Nahla.

As he was not present in court, the judge has set a hearing for a later date.
