Washington: Halle Berry has been announced as one of the presenters of this year’s Academy Awards ceremony. The Oscar winner joins the list of presenters that already includes Tom Cruise, Jennifer Lopez and the cast of ‘Bridesmaids,’ a news channel has reported.
The 45-year-old had won her best actress statuette in 2002, for her role in ‘Monster’s Ball’. Cruise, meanwhile has been nominated for three Academy Awards.
‘Bridesmaids’ is up for best original screenplay and Melissa McCarthy is nominated in the supporting actress category for her role in the comedy.
