I am a Narendra Modi fan, hope he wins: Preity Zinta in Varanasi

In an impromptu interaction with media in the city, Preity Zinta said that she is a fan of Narendra Modi.

Mumbai: Preity Zinta, who has been quite vocal about her views on Indian politics, visited the holy city of Varanasi to pray for Bharatiya Janata Party’s prime ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister- Narendra Modi. In an impromptu interaction with media in the city, Zinta said, “I am his (Modi) fan, hope he wins, he doesn’t need campaigning, have just come to pray to God.” The actress is one of those many ardent admirers of Modi from the film industry. However, the actress added, “Said 7 years back that Modi should be PM, people love him. Yes, I like AAP but they need time. Important they win seats.” Preity took to Twitter earlier in the day today to write about her Varanasi trip and her experience in the city.

But Preity is saddened to see the plight of the mighty Ganga. She wrote:
