Melbourne: Whoopi Goldberg has admitted that she recently destroyed her new iPhone due to its shoddy performance.

The host of ‘The View’ criticised the new phone saying she was fed up with its dropped calls and thrown away e-mails. "I just murdered my new iPhone," a news daily quoted her as saying.
