I thought I would never have children: Naomi Watts

London: `Diana` actress Naomi Watts says she was worried about having kids when she had not met her partner Liev Schreiber. The 44-year-old actress, who has two son Alexander and Samuel with Schreiber, always wanted to have a family but she reveals she felt hopeless about the idea when she had not met her long time partner, reported Contactmusic. "There was a time when I was becoming pessimistic because children were always a lifelong dream of mine. I would never have felt the happiness I feel now if I hadn`t met Liev and had my children," Watts said. "I still have shudders when I think how my life would have turned out if we had never met. So maybe there was some destiny involved ... I don`t know!" she added. Watts felt an instant connection with fellow actor Schreiber during the shooting of `The Painted Veil` and they started dating each other. PTI
