Mumbai: Tiger Shroff debuts with `Heropanti` which releases on the 23rd of May. The actor has admitted that he wants to follow in his father`s footsteps, especially the way Jackie Shroff has stayed true to his background and remained down to earth. "The fact that he is humble, considering the background that he comes from and the person he has become today. He still remembers his roots and that is most important. To stay grounded and not let fame go to your head and appreciate the love and criticism coming from everyone is what I want to imbibe from him." Tiger said to reporters. Junior Shroff also added that his father remains out of the spotlight and let`s him take his own decisions. Jackie also stays out of Tiger`s decision making and only challenges him by being competitive instead of indulgent. "He did not tell me anything about acting. He is my competition at home...He takes me as his competition at home. Whenever we are together, we talk about other things than acting. Acting is never discussed," he said. "He just says do whatever you want to do, but be sure about it. And that if I am not comfortable doing anything on screen, be it action or romance, I shouldn`t do it as it shows on screen," Tiger said. `Heropanti` marks the entry of Tiger Shroff to Bollywood. The trailer of the movie was launched on the official YouTube channel on the 5th of April by the who`s who of tinsel town – Aamir Khan and Subhash Ghai.
