New Delhi: Superstar Rajinikanth has been chosen for the Centenary award - Indian Film Personality of the year for this year.
Minister of Finance, Minister of Corporate Affairs and Minister of Information and Broadcasting of India Mr Arun Jaitley announced at the 45th IFFI being held in Goa about the felicitation of the actor.
Rajinikanth was the Guest of Honour at the ceremony along with Amitabh Bachchan who was the chief guest on the occasion. Many others from the film fraternity were also present at the film festival. IFFI is the largest and the oldest and the largest international film festival of the country.
