Justin Bieber absolved of assault charges

London: Pop sensation Justin Bieber, who was accused of hitting a teenager, has escaped assault charges because the police found no proof against him.

The 16-year-old star allegedly hit a 12-year-old boy on his face while playing a game at an arcade in Canada in October this year.

The police has now revealed that investigation is finished and nothing has been found against Bieber, Femalefirst reported.

Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police has said, "The file in regard to the alleged assault at the entertainment center has been concluded, and no charges will be forwarded. The investigation is complete".

The `Baby` hitmaker whose video of the same song has been most-watched on Youtube for this year, had denied these charges from the very beginning but the father of the child had insisted that investigations be made against him.
