New Delhi: Bollywood film critic Kamaal R Khan has landed in a legal mess once again. This time, he is under the radar for leaking Ajay Devgn's 'Shivaay' online.

It is being said that the 'Deshdrohi' star uploaded the opening scene of 'Shivaay' on Twitter.

"It came to our notice that Mr Khan was recording the film from inside cinema hall in Dubai and he was posting them live on his Twitter handle today morning. This is not only a violation under Copyright Act and is also a criminal action under Cyber Laws," ANI quoted Reliance Entertainment as saying.

"We have already initiated legal and criminal action against such illegal and criminal activity of Mr Khan, and also in a process of informing all social media platforms, that if any such piracy takes place on any such platforms , then they will also be liable for the repercussion," it added.

A few days back, Ajay demanded an investigation against filmmaker Karan Johar, who allegedly paid KRK Rs 25 lakhs to tweet positive about his next film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' (ADHM) and give negative reviews of Devgn's film 'Shivaay'.

KRK has been bad mouthing Ajay's 'Shivaay' on Twitter which is clashing with 'ADHM' at the Box Office.
