New Delhi: The Hrithik Roshan, Kangana Ranaut fight has taken a huge whirl in the cinema circle. From lay me to celebrities – people have been giving their opinion in the whole matter and while many still don't know what the truth is, opinions have been varied.
While some have criticized the 'Tanu Weds Manu' actress, there are others who are not too impressed with the way Hrithik handled the matter.
The latest one to give her opinion on the same was Sonam Kapoor. According to a report in DNA, originally attributed to India Today, the actress said that although Hrithik is a friend of hers, she can't help but stand out for Kangana for being a woman.
This is what she said to India Today, “I am very very impressed with the way Kangana handled this situation. I don’t know who is at fault though. I have grown up with Hrithik and I know the kind of person he is. He is an incredible human being, he is sensitive, he is charitable and kind. I have worked with him. Having said that, women are persecuted a lot in this country. So as a woman, I would want to support another woman. But as I said, Hrithik is a friend of mine and me being a feminist and a woman, I am torn. I wish I could give an opinion on this since I am known to give an opinion, I honestly don’t know how to answer this question."
