Washington: Kanye West has been condemned by human rights groups for performing for the president of Kazakhstan, who is considered to be an ardent dictator and torturer. The rapper allegedly pocketed 3 million dollars for singing at President Nursultan Nazarbayev`s family wedding in a hotel in Almaty on Saturday, Contactmusic reported.
