Kareena denies pregnancy rumours

Mumbai: Few days back, news of Kareena Kapoor’s pregnancy sent the film industry into a tizzy. The actress was clicked at the airport strategically hiding a baby bump with a shawl. As it turns out, they were all just baseless rumours. Speaking to a daily, a source close to the actress said, “No, she isn’t pregnant. It’s strange how there has been so much frenzy with just a solitary picture floating around. There is no truth to the so-called news and for Kareena it is business as usual.” The photograph had gone viral as it appeared that Kareena was trying to hide a baby bump from the prying eyes of the photographers. Perhaps the photo was clicked from a wrong angle as the actress looked visibly plump. Meanwhile, Bebo was reportedly mightily amused with news of her false pregnancy doing the rounds. “On February 20, she resumes shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’. This will go on for 25-30 days and Kareena has confirmed to her director that she will be reporting for the shoot. If she was carrying a baby, she wouldn’t have been in any position to shoot for the film,” added another source. Oh well, that explains it then. Bebo is not turning a mommy anytime soon.
