Mumbai: The glamorous sport season of IPL is back with a bang. Buzz has it that SRK, who is the co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Rider is all set to utilize IPL as a publicity tool for his forthcoming film ‘Ra. One’.
Sources close to the star revealed to a daily that SRK may get Kareena to attend all the matches where his IPL team KKR plays. “Kareena is the female lead in ‘Ra.One’ and the actor wants to club the promotion of his film with IPL,” said a source.
SRK also promoted his film during World Cup by buying an advertisement spot in all the significant matches and he plans to bring same attention for ‘Ra.One’ through IPL. “Kareena will soon join the Delhi schedule of Agent Vinod, but she has been asked by SRK to try to make it to the KKR matches,” added the source.
Kareena Kapoor along with Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor had supported Mumbai Indians during the 2008 IPL as it came around the release of their film ‘Tashan’.
Only the coming matches will tell if Kareena does it for good friend and ‘Ra.One’ co-star Shah Rukh or not.
